Privacy policy

How nirmatic handles your data when you visit this website or enquire about its services.

Controller and scope

nirmatic, at Gral. Hornos 1062, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for enquiries received through this website. Privacy contact: contacto@nirmatic.dev. This policy covers visitors and commercial enquiries; processing within a client project will be agreed separately before data is received.

Data we receive and why

The form asks for your name, email address and a description of the task you want to solve. We use these to reply, arrange the diagnostic and prepare a proposal if you are interested. Direct emails also include whatever information you put in the message. Required fields are needed to handle your enquiry. Do not send passwords, sensitive data or third-party documents in your first message. The form does not confirm an appointment.

Basis for processing and your choices

The form requests consent to process your data to answer the enquiry. You may withdraw consent by emailing us without affecting prior processing. Steps needed for a contract or legal obligation rely on the applicable basis in each case. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to advertising, and we do not sell your data. This form does not make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

Providers and transfers

To operate the site, manage enquiries and measure performance, nirmatic may use digital infrastructure, communications and analytics providers. These providers may process data needed to deliver their services and may operate in other countries. Transfers will use safeguards required by applicable law. You may request information about providers and safeguards by email. Commercial enquiries are not sent to AI models through this site.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted from the operational mailbox. If a project is contracted, necessary records are retained throughout the relationship and any applicable statutory or legal-claims periods. Provider technical logs and backups follow their own retention cycles; deleting a message from the mailbox does not immediately erase every provider copy.

Site use and preferences

To maintain, protect and improve the site, technical browsing and usage data may be processed, such as pages visited, interactions, general device information and preferences. The production site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions. Google Analytics cookies and technical connection data may be processed as described below. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser. The form uses basic abuse controls and does not log enquiry content in application logs.

Your rights

Request access, correction, updating or deletion, or withdraw consent at contacto@nirmatic.dev. We will verify identity proportionately. Under Argentina’s Law 25,326, access requests must be answered within 10 calendar days and correction, updating or deletion requests within 5 working days, subject to applicable legal exceptions. You may complain to Argentina’s supervisory authority, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP). You retain any additional rights under other laws applicable to your situation.

Security and changes

We use measures proportionate to the processing, including encrypted website transport and restricted access to sending credentials. No system guarantees absolute security. We will update this policy when processing changes and indicate the revision date.

Audience measurement

The production site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, referrals, campaigns and interactions. Google receives technical connection data and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We configure these cookies to last up to 180 days without automatic renewal and keep advertising features disabled in this integration. We do not send names, email addresses or form messages. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings. Submissions without JavaScript are not included in these events. Retention settings in the Google Analytics account determine how long data is kept there; you may request details from the site owner.
