Conditions for requesting a free diagnostic and engaging nirmatic’s services.
Website use
The website lets you learn about nirmatic’s services and request contact. Use it lawfully, without disrupting its operation or attempting to access information belonging to others.
Enquiries and contracts
Sending an email does not create a service contract or confirm a booking. The free diagnostic includes a 30-minute call about one workflow and a summary of the opportunity, data needed and next step. Technical auditing, the pilot and implementation require a proposal accepted in writing covering scope, deliverables, price, taxes, payments, timelines and responsibilities. Services are quoted based on scope.
AI projects
Feasibility and results depend on the process, data and integrations assessed. AI outputs may contain errors and require controls and oversight agreed for each use. This website does not guarantee savings, accuracy or commercial results. Confidentiality, data processing, permissions, deliverable ownership and support will be defined in the project agreement.
Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under Argentine law without limiting mandatory rights and rules applicable to customers in their place of residence. Contact contacto@nirmatic.dev first with questions or disputes. Project-specific terms may define dispute-resolution procedures without excluding mandatory rights.
