Document process automation
Reads invoices, delivery notes, case files or contracts, extracts the key fields and loads them into the system you already use. Low-confidence items go to a person for review.
What we build
We automate document processing, build internal assistants over your files, and deploy AI agents across your customer channels, connected to your management software — without replacing what you have.

01 / OPPORTUNITY
Every week your team re-types invoices, digs through shared folders for the right contract and answers the same customer messages by hand. The information already exists — it is just trapped in PDFs, scans, legacy systems and chat threads. That manual work is where hours, errors and customers quietly slip away.
Reads invoices, delivery notes, case files or contracts, extracts the key fields and loads them into the system you already use. Low-confidence items go to a person for review.
Your team asks questions in plain language and gets answers with a link to the source document. Built on your own files, with access controls.
Answers customer questions, quotes and bookings across the channels your customers already use, connected to your management system. Your team follows every conversation in one unified inbox and can take over at any moment.
Integrated channels: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, Gmail and Mercado Libre. Features, required accounts and permissions, platform fees and usage costs are agreed in the proposal.
Forecast, churn or risk scoring trained on your historical database.
02 / METHOD
From the first diagnostic to a solution your team can use.
We review one workflow, its volume and the time it takes with you. You receive a summary of the priority opportunity, the data needed and a recommended next step. No obligation to hire us.
If there is a fit, we agree on scope, price and a success metric before starting. We assess the data and test one bounded workflow with human review and acceptance criteria.
We integrate the solution into your systems and agree on monitoring, maintenance and support. Retraining is considered when the project uses models that require it.
03 / SCOPE
Choose the scope that matches your workflow and integration needs.
Validate the idea
For testing one specific process: reading a document type, searching your files or handling a recurring customer question.
No monthly fee: a one-time project.
Put it into production
For running a process every day, connected to your systems with human review when needed.
Monitoring, integration maintenance and issue fixes within the contracted scope. New channels, features and extensions are quoted separately.
Included hours, support hours and response times agreed in writing for each project.
Complex or sensitive data
For projects involving multiple integrations, sensitive data or private infrastructure requirements.
A tailored monthly operations and support plan, with scope and terms defined in the proposal.
Quotes in USD based on scope, volume and integrations. Taxes not included. Platform, messaging, AI model and other third-party costs are itemized separately in the proposal.
04 / A WORKFLOW IN PRACTICE
Illustrative example · not a client case study
Imagine a team receiving invoices by email and typing the same details into its business software. Here is how a workflow could reduce that manual work.
The invoice enters the workflow. Supplier, date, amount and document number are extracted.
Required fields and potential duplicates are checked. Uncertain data waits for human review.
Only approved documents are entered through the agreed integration. Each record keeps a reference to the original.
Proposed scenario, not a demonstration of an existing deployment. Savings and feasibility are validated in a pilot using your documents and systems.
Assess my process04 / ANSWERS
Practical answers before taking the first step.
We do not need credentials or production access for the initial call. For the pilot, we prioritize authorized samples or read-only access. If the integration needs to write to your system, we agree on minimum permissions, controls and authorization beforehand.
We can discuss the state of your data during the initial call. Data quality and necessary changes are assessed in detail within the paid pilot before deciding to move into production.
Starter is a one-off project. Professional and Enterprise include a monthly component for operations, monitoring and support within the agreed scope. The proposal itemizes platform and third-party usage costs separately.
You get a production-integrated result, not a research artifact — the deliverable is something your team uses day to day, not a notebook.
Sometimes, which is why every workflow includes a confidence threshold: uncertain items go to a person for review instead of being loaded automatically.
No. The point is to connect to the systems you already use, including older ones.
A 30-minute call about one specific workflow and a summary of the opportunity, data needed and next step. Initial estimates depend on the information you provide. Technical auditing, the proof of concept and implementation are quoted separately.
Incident follow-up, fixes for the contracted workflow and maintenance of its connections. Included hours, support hours and response times are agreed in the proposal. This does not mean round-the-clock service or unlimited changes; new features and third-party costs are quoted separately.
